Issue 337. The time period of obligatory wuqÅ«f is from time of fajr until sunrise on the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah; however, it is based on caution, that one stays there with the intention of wuqÅ«f from the time of arrival there at night after streaming from ‘Arafāt.
Issue 338. It is obligatory to stay at Mash‘ar from the fajr till sunrise, however, its rukn is the strict meaning of staying even for only 1-2 minutes.
